Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Monday said although he "sees the importance" of annexing parts of the West Bank, he believes in the need to "live in peace" with the Palestinians.
"The issue of Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria is important," Gantz said. "But the right formula should be found to take us there."
