Yair Golan: Netanyahu 'providing political bribery to coalition partners'

Freshly-minted Labor Party chairman, Yair Golan, addressed the conscription law and said at the beginning of the meeting that "The Prime Minister's smiles, celebrating the sweeping exemption given to yeshiva students while continuing their excessive funding from the state treasury, are particularly infuriating. The government of failure and incompetence has chosen, as war is still raging, to severely harm national security, increase the burden on those serving, and continue providing political bribery to coalition partners." According to him, "This is not just a question of equality in burden. It has become an existential question. A question of immediate and essential security needs. Our children deserve a different leadership – one that stops trading in their lives."
