Three residents of the West Bank city of Tulkarm, all in their 20s, were caught in the trunk of a vehicle and arrested by the Border Patrol at the A-Zaim checkpoint as they attempted to illegally enter Jerusalem. In Jerusalem, security officials noticed a suspicious vehicle coming from the direction of Kfar A-Zaim that was trying to enter the country's territory. As part of an inspection carried out by the soldiers in the vehicle, they noticed that there was a blanket spread out in the trunk, under which the three West Bank residents were hiding. The driver of the vehicle, 38, from East Jerusalem, was also arrested. (Elisha Ben Kimon)
