According to a decision by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Transportation Minister Miri Regev and Education Minister Yoav Galant will serve as alternating cabinet members - each for two weeks. While not serving as cabinet members they will serve as observers. The reason is the lack of a permeant Justice Minister, whom Netanyahu failed to appoint.
