A Palestinian from Jenin who entered Israel illegally stole a car in Tel Aviv, broke through a military base barrier near Tzrifin, and ran over a man in his 20s, who sustained moderate injuries, police said. The suspect was arrested near Tzomet HaKerach in Ramla.
