Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on Tuesday said his country was safe for tourism.
The minister spoke a day after Israel issued the highest level of a travel warning for Israelis and called on those in Istanbul to return home as soon as possible.
"We continue to fight terrorism very effectively and all precautions are being taken," he said.
