Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu invited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday to a political summit in Bucharest to discuss future cooperation.
Romania, a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC), has signed a non-extradition agreement and was among the first countries, alongside Israel, to sign such agreements with the United States regarding ICC extradition.
