The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said that the Gaza Strip urgently needs "significant and continuous" humanitarian aid. The agency also noted that at least 57 workers on its behalf have been killed since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas. (AFP)
