The court sharply criticized the actions of the guards in the abuse video of Agam and its release by the Prison Service, and instructed the organization to examine the incident. Additionally, an order was given to examine the request to allow her to speak with her parents, contrary to the blanket prohibition. Furthermore, the court banned her placement in solitary confinement, and the period of paired separation was shortened from 30 days to six additional days.
