A violent clash ensued on Saturday in Tel Aviv as asylum seekers from Eritrea, protesting against the Asmara government, engaged in a violent confrontation with both law enforcement and regime supporters. In this incident, a total of 35 individuals sustained injuries, with 11 of them being victims of gunfire.
Among the wounded, 19 were police officers, whose injuries ranged from light to moderate in severity, according to the Magen David Adom emergency service.
Notably, Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital swiftly responded to the crisis, providing medical attention to 11 individuals who had suffered gunshot wounds. Among them, four were in serious condition and required immediate surgical intervention.
