U.S. President Donald Trump has directed Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem to visit Israel following the attack outside the Jewish Museum in Washington. Noem will attend a memorial event for Yaron Lishinsky and Sarah Milgrom who were killed in the attack, and will meet with Foreign Minister Gideon Saar.
