Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said at the Arab summit in Baghdad that "the Palestinian people are subject to genocide and systematic crimes. Israel has used starvation as a weapon in Gaza and destroyed it to displace its residents." El-Sisi added: "The recent ceasefire agreement in Gaza did not materialize due to Israeli aggression. Egypt, Qatar and the United States are making continuous efforts to stop the war."
