Tax Authority: Businesses damaged in war with Iran eligible for additional compensation for July-August

|
The Tax Authority's Compensation Fund has opened the option to file indirect damage claims for Operation "With Lavi" for the months of July-August 2025. It was reported that according to the outline approved by the Knesset, business owners whose businesses suffered direct damage as a result of war events, such as damage from missile fire or blast waves, which resulted in business operations being suspended for a period that did not end before July 31, 2025, are eligible for additional compensation for July and August. The additional compensation will be calculated in the same manner as the calculation for businesses throughout the country for the month. Businesses whose operations were suspended beyond August 31 will also be eligible for compensation for September-October and November-December.
