ISIS claimed responsibility for a terror attack that occurred yesterday in Adamawa state in eastern Nigeria, in which at least 29 people were killed. Local authorities reported that gunmen opened fire on young people at a soccer field. An eyewitness told the French news agency AFP that the gunmen "fired randomly."
