Authorities in Thailand reported that 27 people died in a fire that broke out at a pub in the Chatuchak district of the capital Bangkok. Thai news site Thai PBS World reported 30 deaths. It was reported that rescue forces have identified 17 women and eight men so far, and identification efforts are continuing. According to reports, the fire broke out about two hours ago at the Rong Beer Na Lat Phrao pub, near midnight local time.
