Report: Mediators' proposal includes partial withdrawal from Gaza and increased aid

Lebanese network Al-Mayadeen, affiliated with Hezbollah, reported on the terms of the Egyptian proposal for a deal between Israel and Hamas. The conditions include: the release of 140 terrorists sentenced to life imprisonment and 60 sentenced to more than 15 years in exchange for 10 living hostages; a one-kilometer withdrawal from northern and eastern Gaza, except for Shuja'iyya; the entry of monetary aid in increased and coordinated quantities upon the agreement taking effect; the UN, Red Cross and international institutions will be responsible for aid - not the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF); Rafah crossing will open in both directions, according to the previous agreement.
