The International Committee of the Red Cross in Israel posted on its Hebrew Facebook account that "Exactly two years ago, the lives of Israeli citizens changed forever. Even now, 48 hostages are held in life-threatening conditions, thousands have not yet returned to their homes, and many are dealing with loss, pain and uncertainty. We hope that the day when we can help return all hostages is not far off."
