Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) said in an online speech at the UN General Assembly meeting that "the extremist Israeli government continues projects of annexation and settlement construction in Jerusalem and the West Bank. Israel wants to disconnect East Jerusalem from its surroundings, and settler terrorism in the West Bank is expanding."
