The prosecution filed an indictment against Rafael Chen (23) from Kibbutz Erez, for sex offenses against children and teenagers via WhatsApp. According to the charges, Chen contacted the victims, boys and girls aged 10-15, presented himself as a minor, sexually harassed them and committed indecent acts against them. The defendant asked them to send him pictures and videos of themselves performing sexual acts and to engage in video calls with sexual content.
