The family of Fatma al-Rajabi, the woman who was missing for several days and whose body was found yesterday in East Jerusalem, claimed the suspect killed her after she demanded he repay a debt of 60,000 shekels. According to the family, "The suspect was drowning in gambling-related debts, killed her in order to get rid of the debt – and then hid her body in a cave near his home in the a-Tur area." Family member Taysir al-Rajabi said the "suspect also stole Fatma's gold jewelry, her money and her bank card – which he used to withdraw additional funds."
