Vietnam in talks with Iran over seized oil tanker

Vietnam said Thursday it was working with Iran to resolve the fate of an oil tanker seized in the Gulf that sparked diplomatic squabbling between Washington and Tehran.
Iran and the United States gave sharply differing accounts of what happened to the MV Sothys, a Vietnamese-flagged vessel, in the Sea of Oman last week.
