Russian government plane takes off in Turkey after prisoner swap, witness says

A Russian government plane took off from an airport in the Turkish capital Ankara on Thursday after the biggest East-West prisoner exchange since the Cold War, a Reuters witness said. Four other planes believed to be involved in the prisoner exchange were still parked at Ankara's Esenboga Airport, the witness said.
