According to Abbas, he presented a diplomatic plan titled Bridges of Reconciliation and Peace, which includes securing the release of hostages, ending the war, and advancing both bilateral Israeli-Palestinian negotiations and a broader regional peace process. At the summit, Egypt is expected to present its own plan for Gaza’s reconstruction.
