Iran is set to immediately transfer hundreds of millions of dollars to Hamas, Iran International, a Saudi-funded outlet linked to the Iranian opposition, reported on Monday.
According to the report, part of the funds reached Hamas in the first week of the war to maintain its operations. Iran International has learned that in recent months, amid the war, the Iranian parliament is expected to allocate additional hundreds of millions of dollars to the budget of the Quds Force, the powerful extraterritorial unit of the Islamic Republic's Revolutionary Guards Corps, intended for immediate transfer to its proxy forces in Gaza – Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
