Horowitz: Health Ministry will uphold court verdict on surrogacy 'to the letter'

Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz said Sunday that the ministry will uphold the High Court of Justice's verdict making surrogacy available to same-sex male couples and single men "to the letter."
"The High Court was right in its assertion that the current arrangement was deeply discriminatory, and we are ending it now," he added.
