162nd Brigade forces operating in the Zeitoun neighborhood in the northern Gaza Strip clashed and eliminated terrorist cells that opened fire at them, the IDF reported Thursday morning.
Additionally, 401st Brigade troops identified two terrorist cells firing at them and directed an airstrike at them, eliminating them. The soldiers also located and destroyed tunnel shafts.
Meanwhile, the fire coordination team of the Nahal Brigade spotted and eliminated a terrorist using a drone, while the fire coordination team of the 7th Armored Brigade eliminated four terrorists attempting to plant an explosive device in the ground. (Yoav Zitun)
