The IDF on Friday said initial investigations into the failure to intercept the drone that exploded over Tel Aviv in the early hours was because of a "human error." The military said it was still investigating the origin of the drone after the Houthi rebels in Yemen claimed responsibility for the strike. Earlier the U.S. said its forces intercepted a ballistic missile and three drones launched from Yemen.
