U.S. President Donald Trump wrote on his TruthSocial account that Russian President Vladimir Putin "doesn't want a ceasefire agreement with Ukraine, but rather wants to meet Thursday in Turkey to negotiate a possible end to the bloodshed. Ukraine needs to agree to this immediately. At least they will be able to determine if such a deal is possible, and if not, the U.S. and European leaders will know where things stand."
