A police officer shot two suspects in Hadera overnight Wednesday, leaving them seriously and moderately wounded, police said.
Police said the two were suspected of being on their way to throw firebombs.
According to police, the officer was operating in the city when he opened fire to “neutralize the threat.”
Additional police forces were called to the scene, and authorities said the circumstances of the incident were under investigation.
