Education Minister Yoav Kish spoke at the opening ceremony of the pre-military academies of the Netzach Yehuda organization at the Western Wall Tunnels. Kish said that "the academy students are the definitive answer that things can be different. That it is possible, through agreement and dialogue, to serve the security of the state." He emphasized that the commitment is to "ensure that each of you can maintain the ultra-Orthodox lifestyle, study Torah during service and verify that the IDF makes the necessary accommodations for this purpose."
