Police cleared for publication that they arrested a 21-year-old Tulkarm resident two weeks ago on suspicion of committing sexual offenses and robbery four years ago. Following his investigation, a prosecutor's statement was submitted to the Petah Tikva Juvenile Court, ahead of filing an indictment. The investigation revealed that the suspect raped a woman in an apartment in Netanya and attempted to rape another woman in Tiberias several months earlier. Additionally, it was found that days after the rape in Netanya, the suspect entered a hotel in the city and attempted to rob a woman.
