Police arrested a Palestinian resident of the Nablus area who was wandering around Jerusalem with a kippah in his pocket and claimed he was planning to carry out an attack against Israeli citizens. The police reported that the suspect was in Israel without entry permits. During his interrogation, the suspect said he planned to seize a soldier's weapon and use it to carry out an attack. The police prosecution unit of the Jerusalem district filed a prosecutor's statement against him ahead of filing an indictment for illegal entry or stay in Israel and threats.
