European Union Foreign Minister Kaja Kallas confirmed the report that Israel and the European Union agreed to increase aid entry into the Gaza Strip, stating: "We agreed on significant steps to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza, including a substantial increase in the daily number of trucks entering with food and equipment. Additionally, we agreed on opening several crossing points in the north and south of Gaza and on reopening aid delivery routes from Jordan and Egypt."
