Central Command Chief Avi Blot signed a jurisdiction order for the Homesh settlement in northern Samaria. The order defines the entire area designated for the settlement. Several months ago, the cabinet approved the establishment of the settlement, and now after signing the jurisdiction order, it will be possible to develop a city plan for the settlement, including construction of public buildings, education facilities, infrastructure and more.
