Report: Israel thwarted Iranian bomb projects designed to paralyze it

|
In the 12-day war, Israel managed to destroy half of Iran's stockpile of 3,000 ballistic missiles and 80% of its missile launchers within two days. This was reported by senior columnist David Ignatius in the Washington Post, citing Israeli sources and American officials who added that the attacks in the first hours of the war eliminated all senior nuclear scientists and first and second-tier physicists. An Israeli source also reported that Jerusalem believes the elimination of Iran's top scientists completely halted the development of an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) bomb - a weapon designed to paralyze electricity and communication networks, and stopped the hydrogen bomb program that was in active development.
