IDF arrests Rizq Rajoub, a top Hamas figure in West Bank

According to Palestinian reports, the Israel Defense Forces arrested Rizq Rajoub, one of the top Hamas leaders in the West Bank, overnight in the city of Dura, south of Hebron. Rajoub spent 28 years in an Israeli prison and was later released, and is the brother of Jibril Rajoub, secretary general of Fatah’s Central Committee and president of the Palestinian Football Association.
