Israeli police officer death toll rises to 40, 18 still MIA

Some 40 police officers and Border police soldiers were killed in clashes with Hamas terrorists since the beginning of the terrorist organization's offensive against Israel that began on Saturday.
Additionally, 18 officers are still missing in action and their locations remain unknown.
