20 firefighting teams, along with the Magen Shaul volunteer unit and crews from Gilboa Regional Council, are operating at nine fire sites across the Northern District. The main sites are in I'bilin - where five teams are working and the situation is not under control; in Ya'ad - where three teams are battling a brush fire between Ya'ad and Sha'ab in the Misgav region; in Afula - where a fire broke out in an open area near the Kfir Monument, close to Ha'emek Hospital; and in Givat Oz - where a forest fire has been burning since afternoon hours. The situation is under control. Firefighters are performing final extinguishing operations.
