The Ministry of Defense's director general, Maj.-Gen. (res.) Eyal Zamir signed the contract for the sale of the David Sling air defense system to Finland, for approximately 1.3 billion shekels. The signing ceremony at the Ministry of Defense was attended by, among others, Finnish Ambassador to Israel Nina Nordstorm, the Finnish military attaché and the director general of the Rafael company.
