The Iranian news agency "Tasnim" reported that Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian spoke with the Portuguese ambassador in Iran concerning the release of the MSC Aries which was seized two weeks ago by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps commandos. Abdollahian has said that Iran is dealing with the humanitarian issue of the release of the ship's crew and they have informed the ambassadors in Tehran about their release and handover.
