Police officers arrested an illegal resident, 33, from the Gaza Strip, on suspicion of stealing a vehicle from Rishon LeZion. He was arrested after a report was received of a suspicious vehicle traveling toward the Ranthis crossing area, in the seam between the Samaria and Binyamin areas of the West Bank near Elad. The suspect was transferred for further investigation by police.
