Israel clears 500 tech sector jobs in Israel for Palestinians

Israel decided on Sunday that 500 Palestinians will be able to receive permits to work in the country's hi-tech industry in the next three years.
The decision was made due to an ongoing shortage of workers, as well as security and economic considerations.
As per the initiative, 200 Palestinian workers will receive permits in 2022 - 200 more will receive permits in 2023 - and 100 more will receive permits in 2024.
