Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi said the memory of the Holocaust is the source of strength for troops fighting a just war. "The Holocaust is a reminder of the necessity of a fighting force to protect our people," Helevi wrote in a message to soldiers on the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day.
