Search efforts are underway in Crete for a 65-year-old Israeli citizen who lives in the eastern part of the island and was last seen on June 4, after which contact with her was lost. A rescue team from Israel has been sent to locate her. The Foreign Ministry stated: "The Department for Israelis in Distress Abroad and the Israeli Embassy in Greece are assisting in the search for the missing woman. Local police representatives have deployed search teams."
