The National Anti-Doping Agency in Sport announced the temporary suspension of five Ironi Tiberias players and three members of the professional staff, following suspicions of administering banned IV infusions to team players. The suspended players are David Keltins, Guy Chadida, Niv Gottlieb, Kendo Mamadou Samba and Yonatan Tafer. In addition, team coach Eliran Chodida, technical manager Chen Sol and fitness coach Shlomi Vadrado were also temporarily suspended. According to the agency's statement, the decision was made following an investigation conducted in cooperation with the Israel Football Association.
