Poland's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski announced that his country has closed the Russian consulate in the southern city of Krakow, following evidence that Moscow was responsible for a fire at a shopping center in Warsaw last May. The Russian Foreign Ministry attacked Poland in response, stating that it "continues to deliberately destroy relations with Russia."
