President Isaac Herzog spoke with the president of the Jewish Federation of Colorado, Renae Rockford, following the attack in which an illegal immigrant from Egypt threw Molotov cocktails at pro-Israel demonstrators in Boulder. Herzog called the attack "very serious and shocking" and stated, "I expressed to her on behalf of the people of Israel our shock at the attack and deep sense of solidarity with the Jewish community in Boulder specifically and Colorado in general. I added my prayers for the quick and complete recovery of the wounded, some of whom are in serious condition".
