Defense Minister Israel Katz said during the arrival ceremony of the INS Dragon submarine that "the arrival of the submarine is an important message to all those who seek to threaten us, primarily the murderous ayatollah regime in Tehran. The State of Israel will continue to build its capability to thwart threats, while our enemies clearly understand a fundamental principle: distance does not grant immunity - not in the air, not on land - and not at sea either."
