Police and a bomb disposal expert recently located an explosive device near gas cylinders in a residential building on Saadia Gaon Street in Haifa, and are working to neutralize the device while evacuating residents from the building until the situation is resolved and concerns for their safety are eliminated. The police reported this, adding that the incident has a criminal background.
