Court overturns decision: suspect in rape of Shay-Lee Atari and Naama Shahar to be released to house arrest

The Tel Aviv District Court overturned the Magistrate Court's decision and ruled that the suspect in the rape of Naama Shahar and Shay-Lee Atari will be released to house arrest. The suspect landed in Israel on Monday and was arrested at Ben Gurion Airport. The District Court ordered his release to 11 days of house arrest.
